Note:
The Oretan species originates from the jungle moon Oret about half-way from the centre to the edge of the galaxy, and orbiting the planet Malvak. Rarely coming down from the trees, it is astonishing that the species managed to develop interstellar travel and make first contact with their neighbours. Thankfully for many of the other species in the galaxy they did, as Oretan pilots are amongst the best there is, many a crew having been saved by the skill and daring of it's Oretan pilot. Though more like an ancient Earth chimpanzee in behaviour, they have cat-like reflexes and vision. It is these traits that make them the superb pilots they have the reputation for being.
